Check Verifications and Final Reports

For all actions we need one hard copy mailed to Foundation Advisor (no signature at the door) and also one emailed PDF (no larger than 5MB) to BurningFoundation@gmail.com received by listed due date. We need both a paper and email copy to process your request by the due date. To confirm receipt you must get an emailed response from the Foundation Advisor.

When offered a grant from the Burning Foundation:

  1. Check Verification – Within thirty days, please submit a letter acknowledging receipt of the Burning Foundation check.
  2. Final Reports – Please submit a final report when the term of your one-year grant is complete. This final report should summarize your work and include an accounting of how our funds were spent.

    Note: For multi-year grants please follow special reporting requirements outlined in the Application Guidelines section of this web site.
