For support of a new Access Director position for their College Access Program which will work with up to 300 New York City high school seniors. Bottom Line helps disadvantaged students get into college, graduate from college, and go far in life by providing one-on-one guidance to low-income and first generation students from college applications until college graduation. Bottom Line’s program includes two main components: the College Access Program, which serves students in their senior year of high school and helps them navigate every step of the college application process; and the College Success Program, which serves students all of the way through college. The Access Director position will ensure that their Access counselors have the supervision and support necessary to serve their students efficiently and effectively.
