For support of a new Job Developer position for their youth employment services which help court-involved young people with diverse skills and needs prepare to enter the workforce. The services include counseling, employment skills classes, and job placement efforts which help these youth identify career goals, develop the basic skills needed to compete in the modern workplace, and obtain valuable work experience. The Job Developer will be responsible for placing participants and graduates in jobs and job training programs. Education and employment services are central to their work with court-involved youth to reduce recidivism and to help the youth secure employment and make a successful transition to adulthood.
