To support their efforts to strengthen the performance of New York City homeless service providers. CUCS will work with the New York City Coalition Continuum of Care and the newly formed Performance and Quality Improvement Committee as they create a City-wide structure to ensure scarce federal homeless assistance funds are invested in high-performing programs, and to provide training to assist low-performing programs to either make significant improvements or have their funds recaptured to support effective solutions to homelessness. The project will provide the knowledge, skills, and tools that homeless service providers need to implement performance management systems and improve outcomes for their homeless clients.
