To provide support for 25 mentee-mentor pairs enrolled in their new College Success initiative. College Success pairs 11th graders with mentors in three-year relationships that extend through their first year of college to ensure their college readiness, successful transition to college, and college persistence. iMentor serves students attending under-resourced schools in low-income communities through innovative, technology-based approaches to youth mentoring. They match young people with volunteer adult mentors who provide structured support to ensure their pathways to high school graduation, college matriculation and future success in the 21st century workforce.
