To support a full-time Retention Specialist to further enhance their Youth Employment and Education Services (“YES”) Program, a 3-phase program that includes work readiness training, connection to an employment and/or educational experience, and finally their aftercare efforts. This new position will be responsible for the ongoing engagement of a caseload of approximately 125 work-readiness training graduates, engaging them between training completion and placement (“aftercare”), assessing barriers to employment and education for hard-to-reach out-of-work and out-of-school youth, tracking their progress, and helping the staff to re-engage the youth.
