To help fund the services of a Major Gifts Consultant as they begin a resource development initiative to expand and strengthen the agency’s fundraising from individual donors, a key goal of their recent strategic planning process. The consultant will work with the Executive Director, Board Members, and Director of Development over a 12-month period to help them build their major donor program. At that point they will have the experience, systems, “pipeline” of potential donors, and revenue stream to continue building individual giving for the agency as they prepare to launch an endowment/capital campaign concurrent with their agency’s 125th Anniversary in 2020.
