To support a year-long strategic planning process led by an outside consultant to include the Board of Directors, senior staff, and additional stakeholders, the outcome of which will be a new three-year strategic plan. Over the past five years, Urban Pathways has been expanding its service delivery at an exponential rate with an anticipated 635 units of housing on line by the end of 2014. They have accomplished this growth with a very lean administrative operating budget, a small senior management team, and with limited resources for outside consultants. A comprehensive three-year plan will enable them to better plan for the correct use of their resources so that management operates at best capacity, and their financial position remains strong and allows them to invest in new needs/projects as they arise.
