Application Guidelines

Applications are accepted by invitation only.
Unsolicited applications will not be acknowledged or considered.

For those 501(c)(3) organizations that are invited to apply, completed grant applications must be received on or before April 1st or as requested by the foundation for consideration. For complete instructions on applying for a grant visit follow our application procedures.

Only grant applications which are complete, and provide all requested ancillary information, will be considered for funding.

The Foundation considers grant proposals based on the following factors:

  1. The degree to which the activities of the organization align with the mission of the Foundation.
  2. The available resources of the Foundation from which to make grants.
  3. The other potential recipients of grants from the Foundation.
  4. The degree of financial responsibility of the organization.

The Foundation considers funding for organizations whose mission most closely align with the goals of the Foundation taking into consideration relative financial need, benefit to the community arising from the grant, and the fiscal responsibility of the organization applying for the grant.

The Foundation reviews grant proposals and makes awards continuously throughout the year.
