New Online Application Instructions

The William and Helen Thomas Charitable Trust only accepts grant applications via the online application portal linked below. The deadline is September 15. Applicants will be notified of grant decisions by email or letter within 3 months of the application deadline.

What file formats will be accepted for attachments?
Documents will only be accepted in PDF file format. The total combined size of your attachments cannot exceed 25 MB. Please do not send materials other than what is requested.

What if I do not have the required attachments in electronic form?
We prefer electronic attachments. If you do not have the documents electronically, you may scan the information into a PDF file. If you do not have a scanner at your organization, you may use the services of a copy shop or a public library to scan your documents.

If you do not have documentation prepared at this time, click ‘Save and Finish Later’ to hold the application until you are ready. You cannot submit the application and send the attachments later. Applications that do not include the required attachments cannot be processed.

All applications must be date/time stamped no later than 11:59 p.m. on the due date. We do encourage, however, that you submit your application before the deadline date.
