Our Mission

We devote our efforts to preserve, rehabilitate and restore sight. The Center focuses on Prevention of Blindness in early childhood and provides a caring environment where indigent children can gain immediate access to the finest, state-of-the-art, ophthalmologic and surgical care.

Without quality opthalmologic care, many children will never reach their full potential, and society will bear the economic burden. The Hall Eye Center provides comprehensive services, including routine eye exams, sensory testing, and surgical care at no cost to the families of children in need of care.

Our Programs

The James H. Hall Eye Center’s programs are directed toward early intervention and providing opthalmologic care to a critically underserved population. Programs include Direct Patient Care, Aphakic Rehabilitation, Glaucoma Prevention and the Newborn Intensive Care Unit.
