Application Procedure

Application Procedure

In order to align with our strategic plan and optimize our grants program, the Memorial Foundation for Children is requesting Letters of Intent (LOI) for grant funding. After the review of all LOIs, selected organizations will be invited to submit a full application for further consideration.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Please carefully review our grant guidelines, specifically noting that the Foundation does not award grants for field trips, event tickets or individual tuition, scholarships, and camperships.

How to Apply:

An opportunity to submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) to apply for grant funding will open in late January. All LOIs must be received online by 12:00 noon on March 1, or the next business day if the date falls on a Saturday or Sunday. Letters of Intent received after the deadline will not be considered.

After the foundation has completed its review of the LOI in late-April, all applicants will be notified by email and selected organizations will be invited to submit a full application for further consideration by May 31 (or the next business day if the date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or federal holiday).

If you already have an account please log in here. If you have never submitted an application on behalf of your organization to the Memorial Foundation for Children, you must register as a new user.
