Penelope “Penny” Stoup was the founder and president of Focus Financial Services, Inc., a firm that handled the financial assets of its clients. This included the trading of stocks, bonds and mutual funds on all the major exchanges through Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. The firm also handled client’s insurance and annuity needs. Prior to founding Focus Financial, Penny had a career in human resources with Sherwin-Williams, Medical Mutual, and Harris Corp.
Penny is a graduate of Miami University of Ohio and resides in Strongsville, OH.
Sheri A. Peters is a principal in the law firm of Sheri A. Peters Co., L.P.A. with law offices in Munroe Falls and Canton. She has been in practice since 1991 focusing her practice in estate planning, elder law and probate law and is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. She co-authored the National Business Institute’s Basic Drafting of Wills and Trusts, published in 1991, contributed to Designating Fiduciaries which was published in the WealthCounsel’s Estate Planning Strategies in 2009 and has also co-authored professional seminar materials on probate, estate planning, and long-term care planning. Ms. Peters earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Baldwin-Wallace College and received her J.D. Degree from the University of Akron. She is a member of the Ohio and Akron Bar Associations, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Elder Law Answers, WealthCounsel and ElderCounsel.
Sue Nowlin, MSW, retired from a 43 year career with Lorain County Children Services (child welfare). Her position upon retirement was Director of Social Services. Sue received her BA degree in sociology from Kent State University in 1967, and her MSW from the University of Denver in 1974. She also attended the Leadership 2000 program at John Glenn College of Public Affairs, Ohio State University. Sue is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). She has been involved with the Lorain County Free Clinic for over 30 years as a volunteer, Advisory Board member, and Past President of the Board. In retirement, in addition to serving on the Vincent J. Stark Foundation Board, she serves on the Free Clinic Board, the local Lorain County Kinship Advisory Group, and the board of her homeowners’ association, where she has been President for several years.

Peter (Taki) Bitounis is an Ohio and North Carolina CPA. Taki is a partner at Pappas & Bitounis CPAs LLC located in North Olmsted Ohio. His firm provides proactive tax planning services to business and individual clients. Prior to moving back to the Cleveland, Ohio area in 2014, Taki worked at Ernst & Young in Charlotte, NC.
MaryBeth Dowling RN, MSN received her Bachelors of Science Degree from Ursuline College in 1987 and her Masters of Science Degree from Case Western Reserve University in 2006. She worked in various Nursing roles for 19 years. After receiving her Master’s Degree she worked as a Project Manager, Consultant and currently at the Veteran’s Administration as a Telehealth Triage Nurse. She is an active member of HIMSS, ANIA and other professional organizations. She enjoys volunteering in leadership positions for school related boards and committees in which her children are involved. In addition, she and her family volunteers at homeless shelters, hunger centers and community related events.
Jacqueline “Jackie” Estremera is a 30-year employee of U.S. Bank. She is a Market Manager for the Payment Solutions division of Elavon, covering the Greater Cleveland and Akron markets. Jackie knew Vincent from the time she was a little girl, as her Grandparents lived next door to him. She later purchased her Grandparents’ house and was Vincent’s neighbor for over 20 years. While Vincent kept to himself most days, Jackie, her husband Max, and their son Anthony had many conversations with him and helped him with little tasks around the house when needed. Jackie enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, camping, and ATV riding when she’s not volunteering at her church or participating in other outreach opportunities
Jenifer Warren has a BA from Hiram College, with a focus on studio art, art history and business management. Currently serving as Major and Planned Giving Director for Cleveland Play House, she has been a fundraising professional since 2008, previously working at Kent State University and Hiram College. Jenifer has an entrepreneurial past, being part of a number of business start-ups. Jenifer enjoys gardening, traveling, creating, and time outdoors, with decades of past involvement in community theatre as an actor, singer, director, set designer. But most of all, she enjoys time with her husband, Jack, three children and four grandchildren. Jenifer is a member of the Intown Club, Union Club, Hermit Club and a Partner with Social Venture Partners. She is a native of Lorain County but currently lives in Concord, Ohio.
